WHAT I WISH PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT FITNESS + BODY MANAGEMENT:

  1. It doesn’t matter “why” you do it. What you want is your business and your business alone. Be empowered that you’re willing to meet your own needs and focus on healthy, fun, and sustainable approaches to get and keep you there.

  2. It takes dedicated time, clear focus, and repetition. We do complex things often, so why not give yourself a fair chance to accomplish your goals? Reorganize your energy and eliminate the bottlenecks. 

  3. Consistency is the breeding ground for confidence. Who you are today is not who you will be in 12 weeks, six months, or 1-year. Just like your finances, compound percentages apply to fitness. One good rep during every block of your program repeated 2-4x weekly means more endurance, stronger muscles, and “fancier” exercises before you know it.
