Amid everything happening in the world, staying on point with my workouts and wellness habits has been brutal!

No matter the case, there’s no such thing as getting off track. 😅
Here’s what I do to not be too hard on myself:
Remember that I’m a human, too!
Being a coach requires me to motivate and ground people at any given moment when they need it. It’s easy to forget that I also need motivation and grounding.
Meditate
Connecting back to my breath and aliveness can be the pick me up I need at the start, middle, or end of the day. 10-minutes typically does it, but I give myself that grace to take more when I need it
Just do it.
When I drag myself through excuses, self-doubt, and negative self-talk, my workout could have started and finished. Start at the minimum, and quit midway through if it’s THAT bad. But I bet you it hardly ever will be.
